Refunds are available to all customers within the first three (3) days of purchase, provided that the treatment kit has not yet been delivered.
Approved refunds will be credited back through the same payment method used for the purchase (Card, UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.). The refund process may take up to 15 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking procedures.
Once the treatment kit has been delivered, payments are non-refundable.
